I was always a Nike running shoe guy, but a few years ago I went to a running store and got on their treadmill kinda thing to get fitted. They recommended Asics, and they are great. Ended up getting road and trail running shoes.

And I hike in trail running shoes depending on the conditions and terrain, not hiking boots.

Shoes are like bras.

Be thankful you don't. About the same time I learned of haircuts that cost 3 digits for ladies, I learned of custom made bras that start in 3 digits as well...
