Latest Coronavirus - Yikes

You think the real data is there? If that’s the case, then why can’t my best friend, who is a board certified infectious disease specialist, get accurate data from the CDC? He has sent multiple requests yet no answer. He has asked Fauci, while on a zoom call, for the actual numbers regarding those who have died with COVId as opposed to from it. He got no answer.

The CDC is intentionally making data hard to get. I wonder why.

Answers are not coming from the CDC.
The data exists in charts. Getting the data loaded in a way that’s able to be sorted and compiled is proving to be problematic. That doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist. People like your buddy (and mine) are going to have to demand change for us to get it.
Or look to a different source other than the CDC.

Connecticut Eliminates Negative COVID-19 Test Requirement For Nursing Home Patients

Connecticut is eliminating a requirement that COVID-19 patients test negative before returning to nursing homes from hospitals, the state’s Department of Public Health (DPH) announced Thursday.

Before DPH issued the new guidance, patients were required to test negative for COVID-19 up to 48 hours before they were discharged from the hospital, according to the Hartford Courant. Under the Thursday guidance, however, patients may be transferred to nursing homes and other long-term care facilities even if they are still sick with COVID-19.

Absolutely zero chance South Africa is more vaxxed. Not even going to waste the time to look up the numbers. No chance. Pure misinformation.
To be fair, South Africa is probably one of the highest vaccinated in Africa... probably equal to the US or slightly higher. I had that info over the summer... I gotta find it.

I don’t have an issue with people like you and I having trouble accessing data. But the physicians that are treating this should not have any difficulty in getting it.

Hey New York Times, you have to fix your graphs or add some lines or something, yikes!
