The Atlanta Braves

Pretty wild that a lockout is in place and there have been zero negotiations, I understand not talking during Christmas and New Years but they had the whole month of December to talk and no scheduled dates to negotiate this month. Missing games looks like a real possibility.
With the type of leadership of both sides id say it’s more than likely this goes well into the season. These people are out of touch.

get my message?

if anyone here wants a breakdown of how I went from one of the worst to third I’d be glad to break down how I turned a series of (catastrophic injuries) misfortunes into a small fortune via unprecedented waivers picks ups and stellar strategic strategies

Tbh, I just had some serious injury/Covid luck and a good draft. Felt like almost everything just kind of went my way this season.

RIP the Brady/Godwin stack tho :(

LA Vol putting a big time wet blanket on NIL stuff in recruiting forum last night. Basically said they’re committed to winning “the right way” and not going to pay up for these top guys
1) What else would the official line be from a program that’s has Compliance problems?

2) What does that have to do with NIL deals?

There’s no way Danny White isn’t working tirelessly on maximizing NIL deals. He is going to walk the line from a rules standpoint though.

I think part of Tennessee’s problem is there’s BIG BIG money guys who probably dgaf about NIL and then there’s a bunch of good ol boys who have cobbled together nice lives for themselves but probably incapable of moving the needle in an NIL capacity year after year.

You need somebody to write a $20M check? You can find it. You need 10,000 people to give you $20K? You got it. I imagine there’s a chasm in between.

I went and read some of LA Vol's posts. There's a line you can't legally cross regarding NIL deals, and it sounds like he's saying at the moment UT is staying 50 feet back from that line instead of getting their foot up to it as closely as possible. Which isn't surprising.

- That tagline is fine on a national scale but we’re talking about a poster that is ostensibly connected to the AD posting this on an anonymous forum. Different meanings.

- NIL started the conversation, so they seem connected. He said the boosters have already pledged their millions to the facility upgrades and wouldn’t be paying for these top guys. If the transfer portal flops this season, kind of seems like the issue. 🤷🏻‍♂️

This 2023 class will show if we’ve figured it out I guess. Need one of those five star QB’s.

I know we offered Nolan 800k so that’s at least playing some ball

Stupid question for you guys that have had covid.

Did you guys feel fine but had like a little weird feeling in the back of your throat? It’s hard to explain but it’s like when you just get over strep throat and like it’s a little you’re fine but it’s not necessarily hurting but just more of annoyance than pain? Like you’re still stuffy? Idk if I explained that right
