I was under the impression that conservatives are okay with the government and private companies discriminating against folks. But when that discrimination involves themselves, they freak out. Seems like there might be a double standard here, but I'm sure I'm just buzzed and missing something. Surely there isn't a double standard or anything.

How is that their fault?

The blame can be traced directly to the pandemic’s eruption in March of last year. Auto plants suspended production to try to slow the virus’ spread. As sales of new vehicles sank, fewer people traded in used cars and trucks. At the same time, demand for laptops and monitors from people stuck at home led semiconductor makers to shift production from autos, which depend on such chips, to consumer electronics.

Not sure how we come out if this peacefully to be honest. Trillions and power at stake. Cannot even agree on the basics of the USC and all sorts of matters that have been primary to the this prosperous nation

I agree. It takes self reflection and honesty into the initial mistake. Not only require us all to set aside ego, but to also forgive. Unfortunately, that moment takes time with proof of doing the right thing. Neither side will do it because we are governed by children. I'll do what I can to vote for quality individuals but there aren't many out there.

Republicans aren't doing it, it appears. So the next opportunity is for the Democrats to bite the bullet. I don't have confidence.

The issue with Biden is the derelict of duty at the southern border, and no one has taken responsibility for the Afghanistan disaster. My guess is Biden has been lying about the Hunter Biden stuff.

Let me add, they should focus on their agenda first. Biden is also mentally challenged enough that he my be looked at as a sympathetic figure - an aging grandpa.

A peaceful separation would be best for all parties. We have very little in common with each other.
