I've only had my law license 23 years and I am still learning new stuff just about daily. given the despicable nature of the issues involved, if Baylor could have proved anything, Baylor would not have offered him a cent in settlement. not even cost of defense. they settled with Ken Starr too...same logic applies to that deal. the most in depth investigation into this was the NCAA's and they couldn't put anything on Briles. he is eligible to coach college football today if someone is willing to hire him.
