Why in the hell would you call forward progress on a play that:
1. Is at the goalline
2. Is not moving backwards
3. Could simply be ruled down and then be REVIEWABLE.

I've lost count of the number of "scrums" I've seen that they let them push around for 5-10 seconds without blowing it dead. I hope there is a backlash.
