We were on the precipice of a really good year, at least considering the past 13. As is, I’m proud of the team. Let’s see if Coach Heup can continue to tweak his system to improve some of the deficiencies. I’m excited about 2022.

They exceeded expectations so much that it made us (or at least me) forget just how incomplete this football team is. We’re still a long way away.

All these bowl games, outside of the Playoffs, are glorified exhibition as a reward for a winning season. Good news is they mean little toward next year. All that said, I guess most of us TN fans were a little overconfident.

Hooker missed on some plays tonight that we needed him to make. No doubt about it. If I'm going to name names, though, when talking about which players cost us tonight, I'm not bringing up the guy who accumulated over 400 yards of offense and scored five touchdowns. Jmo

I never could tell how good of a corner he was - he never consistently flashed

After tonight though I’m convinced he was one of our MVPs this year…

Our backup corners are just terrible - not sure if its inexperience or what but they were really bad
