I’ll die on the hill that if you’re healthy you’ll have very little issues and few if any respiratory issues. I ran the first two days I had symptoms, the 2nd day being when I tested. I rode my bike for 6-9 miles a couple times and resorted to walking 4-5 miles daily on the other days. I tried running once more about 7 days in and made it 1.5 miles but it was a struggle mostly from muscle weakness due to not eating once I lost my taste and smell. Two days after my 10 day window I was back to running full time. The worst thing to do is just lay around for 18 hours. My dad chose that route and had no cough until about day 7-8 then thought pneumonia was setting in. Got the monoclonal antibodies and within 24 hrs felt like normal. His advice to me when I came down with it was to not sleep all day lol.One of the Contractors I work with informed me yesterday that he tested positive for Covid (for what it's worth he is vaccinated) and has had minor symptoms. He had a slight fever and it was basically a headcount for the most part.. He told me this morning that just for the heck of it and to see if he could do it he ran 5 miles on Sunday. (He is in the Marine corps) I'm pretty sure it's making its round here and a lot of people don't realize they even have it. I know quite a few people who have cold-like symptoms. My Father-in-law had a slight fever this past weekend and when I told him it was more then likely Covid he answered very matter of factly that he can't get it since he's vaxxed.![]()
