I didn't listen to the speech but I read it.

The speech seemed very rambling and disjointed. The answers to reporter questions were even more so.

There wasn't much there other than to get vaccinated and get a booster shot and wear a mask.

He answered a question about the "BuildBack Better" bill and said that Manchin admitted to the other Democrats that he (Manchin) had misled them.

Biden is seriously challenged mentally and should not be President.
