President Joe Biden - Kamala Harris Administration

About to have that battle My Goals are based on invoicing and had a bunch of late 2020 carryover that crushed my 2021 numbers, but actual 2021 orders were right at expected invoicing goal.

Now I have to produce 10% greater than 2021, but they are gonna use 2021 invoice plus 10, which is like a 30% jump in goal in one year. IOW, penalized for successful 2021 invoicing. Just stupid as I cannot control lead-times, especially being off the rails these days I might as well have to meet sales in first 8-9 months for 2022.
Whoever does your budget is a moron!
ETA: VP of Sales as well if they approved!

It was not actually the appeals court, contrary to Fox's title, but a three-judge panel. Presumably, the States will next appeal for a hearing by the full appeals court.

In a 2-1 ruling, a panel of the U.S. Appeals Court for the Sixth Circuit ruled that the Biden administration could enforce the policy using the Labor Department’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).

Republican Louisiana Sen. John Kennedy grilled one of President Joe Biden’s judicial nominees with the same question nine times in a row over the course of five minutes.

Anne Traum was nominated by Biden to be the United States District Judge for the District of Nevada. During Thursday’s Senate Judiciary Committee hearing, Kennedy questioned Traum’s beliefs on criminal justice.

“Do you think we should forgive criminal misbehavior in the name of social justice?” Kennedy asked.

Or a 32 year old who made choices specifically around avoiding debt at all costs.

There is a government student loan forgiveness program, it's called the military.
I had a lot of help from my parents to get much of my school paid for, but I also chose to go to Tennessee out of state and so I had responsibility for a load of that decision. I have spent the last several years with my girlfriend then fiancée then wife getting our financial plan together and now we live a debt avoidant life. We don't make a ton of money, but we made hard decisions and sacrifices to set ourselves up for the future. I feel ZERO sympathy for the kids that got idiotic degrees and insist on living in America's most expensive cities and being too lazy or inept to find a better job than what they have. There are and always have been options.
