How long before DeSantis forces University of Florida scientists to change their data……again?

It's been 2 years. At this point you're either vaccinated/taken steps to be safe OR might die of a preventable disease like a medieval peasant

Before Covid came along, people died from preventable diseases all the time.

If you claim to love science, just sit back and relax and let Darwinism take over.

I’m convinced that natural immunity is real. I’ve had at least 3 situations since I had the virus last year where I’ve been in close contact for several minutes with so someone sick with the virus and I found out later they had it. Not once have I gotten sick. And knowing how contagious it is and how quickly it spreads, I think I’m pretty safe.

Natural immunity has definitely worked for me. I got covid early last year. My wife got it earlier this year and we didn't change a thing we did as far as routines and trying to keep out distance from each other. I didn't get it the 2nd time around.

I had the antibody test done because I had assumed the same thing. Came back negative.

So either it is just luck in my case or me boosting my vitamin D3 intake since last fall (2020).

It is my understanding that your body wouldn't waste energy producing the antibodies constantly after a certain amount of time, but the "memory" of the illness would allow it to fire up production again if it encountered the illness.

I'm no scientist, I just believe that's what I read somewhere.

Even if your natural immunity has waned you'd have to believe if you beat it once you can beat it's weaker sibling. I've been around a lot of people to test positive as well and I had the virus about a year ago. I thought I may have contracted it again a few weeks ago with a terrible cough but I did a home test and it was negative. I suppose there's other illnesses out there and the cough I had was far worse than covid for me.

Honestly I feel like I may have had it 2 or 3 times.

That said, I’m almost 50 so the number of days my body doesn’t feel perfect is just naturally higher than that number when I was 20 or 30.
