The Atlanta Braves

It's more than past time to start dealing with it as an endemic problem. There's a vaccine for it now. Get it, don't get it, I don't care either way, you live with the consequences either way and life goes on. The NBA has something like a 95% vaccination rate among players. Just let them play.

There is a segment of the media and policy makers that seem hellbent on keeping COVID at a crisis-type level of urgency forever, like it kills 50% of the people who get it, and it is exhausting and impractical. It's like they want to live in March or April 2020 forever.
And theyll push it for 4 years to protect someone like they already have been doing. Everytime he does something dumb we have a spike, theyll keep going with it.

They'll keep pushing it until they stop getting the desired reaction, which is TV ratings and general concern about it. Hopefully we will reach a point in the not too distant future where nobody cares about the latest variant.

Hopefully, but I dont see it. I work in a small lab in a hospital there are 12ish of use, we still have 3 that freakout everytime the word is mentioned and go full panic mode when a new variant is announced.
