My SC fan friend said Beamer recruited both of them to OK and he was one of Spurrier's top recruiters when he was there at SC. He said recruiting is his strong point but X's/O's not so much. Will need good assistants to coach them up.

Rattler was recruited by Lincoln Riley and committed in June '17. Stogner was recruited by Cale Gundy. Beamer was at GA when Rattler committed lol.

Go to the portal and look at it. All the best players at all positions are already signing with other teams. Verse is really the only one of the top players available that we probably sign or have a realistic chance with.

They will have the same record next year or worse even with Rattler. Guaranteed losses to UGa, AM, Clempson. Near lock losses to Arky and Florida (won’t be gifted a team quitting in their coach mid season again) on the road. And very likely losses to UK and us. Toss up vs Mizzou lol
