If their employment policies are unconstitutional, most certainly!!! If a company refuses to hire me because of my religious faith, do i have to just meekly go along with that?
And the court rulings are making the constitutionally of vaccine mandates questionable right now.

It's like free speech, the constitution only prevents the government from limiting it and not your employer.

As for religion, it depends on the employer. Some can discriminate and all should be allowed to discriminate. But as of right now religion is protected in most cases. What about face tattoos? Should you be able to sue your employer if you went out and got a spider web on your neck or a face tat and they fired you? What about violating the dress code? Facial hair (beards)? How can employers require a drivers license or clean driving record for positions that require no driving?

It is strange that I cannot even send my child to school with a bottle of Tylenol for a headache but then schools can give my child a medical treatment with a not insignificant rate of anaphylactic allergic reaction and not even let me know, much less get my approval beforehand?
