Latest Coronavirus - Yikes

I'm simply pointing out the selective outrage of the "fire and prosecute them" crowd losing their minds over this while remaining eerily quiet in the school shooting thread.
You know, I could flip this and wonder about the left's selective outrage. We have inner city black kids killing each other every day, but you white liberals don't start talking about gun violence until white kids go to schools and kill up a bunch of mostly white kids...

"you white liberals"

I see I've struck a nerve.

Ironically, you bring up another subset of kids you don't care about unless it's convenient to your argument. I'll bet if the "inner city black kids" were given vaccinations and a slice of pizza you'd lose your sh*t.

Thanks for interjecting race into the argument. You've gone from hypocrite antivaxxer to race baiting hypocrite antivaxxer in one post - well done.

Press release from Pfizer concentrates again purely on antibody level to recommend booster. Further down it actually talks about continued T cell response against omicron after just two doses.
Only two? Are they sure?

I hear the crematoriums are running out of coal for burning all the Omicron bodies that have been coming in. It is creating a real crisis.

you did for measles and rubella. Donald Trump’s business owes an estimated $1.3 billion, nearly $200 million more than it did when he left office. But that doesn’t mean that he’s under more financial pressure. In fact, Trump’s balance sheet is in better shape today than it was months ago.
Lord have mercy. Put down the keyboard until you sober up.

i am signed, sealed, and delivered. so is my kid. no adverse affects other than i get less colds (honestly i haven't been sick since). idk care if you are anti vax. you will die, or you will contribute to human anti bodies. i am NOT doing boosters forever.
No. one. cares.

The jabs over time weaken your immune system. And what he didn't mention is that just like how we've overprescribed antibiotics and created bacterial super bugs, the virus will evolve around all of these boosters and we likely will end up creating a super virus.
The old saying "what doesn't kill you makes you stronger" absolutely applies to pathogens. You would think that lefty being all in on evolution would embrace this concept without a second thought. But then again, they are so arrogant that they think they can change that simple fact. Just like socialism.... THIS time.. it will be different.

Better choices available?

Oh the stupidity.

Won’t someone think?

Once I let my kids play in the snow, clearly I'm a monster.

Never thought I'd see the day when folks would be complaining that kids got snacks and recess - but here we are.

Next time someone complains about the pussification of America, look in the mirror.

Fantastic news

Unfortunately, many businesses continue to make the vaccine a condition of employment. They updated their policies when the mandate was promulgated but are dragging their feet in removing the requirement in response to the court injunctions. Unless State Legislatures immediately pass laws allowing employees terminated under a judicially suspended mandate to sue for wrongful termination, these court rulings are hollow victories. There is no penalty applied to companies that ignore the courts.

This isn’t portrayed as letting. It is portrayed as we are outside because we’re scared of Covid. That is stupid, not tough.

That would only work if I had a picture of you hanging on the wall.

Last night the wife and I discussed the possibility of moving to our cabin in the middle of nowhere TN of this goes crazy. It used to be a joke but not so much anymore
They will still eventually find you and enforce their will. I am considering contacting Elon Musk and volunteering for Mars. Darth Faucci and Biden‘s flying monkeys still have no Power there

I saw a video clip without context, only narrative.

Assuming it's real, bfd - give kids more credit, eating their pudding cups six feet apart before hitting the swing sets for round two isn't going to break them. Kids are resilient, you could learn something from them.

I’m not commenting on the kids.

Yes, kids are resilient, thus my stance.

The courts have not ruled companies can't mandate the vaccine.

I think many of you will actually enjoy this article. I know I did.

The 60-Year-Old Scientific Screwup That Helped Covid Kill

A quick summary:
  • Doesn't discuss vaccinations
  • Explains where the WHO went way wrong
  • Explains why things are still a mess regarding messaging
  • Easy read, not too technical
  • It's all about ventilation / air exchange
After reading this, I understand better why my department has lower infection rates than others on campus: we're in a Leeds Gold air exchange facility. My two instrumentalists who got sick and missed the concert were on either side of the one who came to rehearsal running a fever; less than two feet of space on either side.
Pretty good article on delivering facts. Puts into more perspective how dangerous Faucis arrogance is regarding disagreements with him being disagreements with science.

Which renders the courts rulings stopping the mandate moot, which was my whole point. Telling people they can’t do something without a penalty for doing it anyway makes a mockery of the whole system. If a company fires me for not following an enjoined regulation I should have the right to sue their behinds off in Court. Otherwise, where is the incentive for the employer to comply?
I think I get what you are saying though. Especially in right to work states, companies can pretty much set any employment conditions they wish. What I would rely on is the timing. If a company had a vaccine requirement BEFORE the federal mandate, that’s one thing. If they added it after the OSHA rule was promulgated, then it was clearly in response to an illegal Federal Diktat and should be tossed out along with said diktat

Why should you be able to sue a company when you refuse to follow their employment policies?

If their employment policies are unconstitutional, most certainly!!! If a company refuses to hire me because of my religious faith, do i have to just meekly go along with that?
And the court rulings are making the constitutionally of vaccine mandates questionable right now.

You won't get anywhere. The guy thinks businesses should be totally allowed to dictate the entirety of the lives of employees- he even defended company scrip!
