Latest work day I've had in 2 years. Flu has exploded, and I had one teenager that was vaccinated today (our first such case). I really hope she's an outlier. Great feedback on the efficacy of the single dose antiviral Xofluza (although it's now almost impossible to find, and Tamiflu is getting scarce).

Plenty of other respiratory viruses, strep, and several cases of pneumonia. I haven't seen a single CV+ yet this week.
