I sure haven't. Filet mignon is overrated. Especially with bearnaise.

I don't know how anyone can screw up prime rib, but they do. Obviously you know prime rib is a "whole ribeye", slow cooked. How in the hell it can be not good at all and not flavorful is a mystery to me. But I've heard that and that's why I disagree with it being overrated.

Some people shouldn't be allowed to cook it.
