The only thing it changes is Ole Miss goes to the Sugar Bowl instead of getting an at-large New Years’ 6 bowl bid to the Peach or Fiesta Bowls.

That’s it. There’s such a rankings drop after Ole Miss to the next SEC team (Arkansas) that there wasn’t really anything else that could possibly get effected.

Presuming that Pitt goes to the Gator.

The Cheez-It Bowl is an option, and the ACC bowl tie-ins are so secretive/all over the place that if Pitt loses they could just as easily end up in the Gator Bowl as the Duke’s Mayo, Sun Bowl, Pinstripe Bowl, Fenway Bowl, Holiday Bowl, or Military Bowl.

Every game is hit or miss with teams like these. One thing I like so far about Heupel is that we didn’t crap the bed against teams we should beat. Even in a lackluster performance against Vandy, it wasn’t close.

Looks like Music City vs. Minnesota. Latest projections seem to be the same. Minnesota beat Wisconsin and Purdue and are a solid team. Lost to Ohio State, Bowling Green, Illinois and Iowa. Home game for the Vols will help.

One outlet has us playing against Wake in Jax.

Every other one I’ve seen has us playing Minnesota or Purdue in Nashville . If we play Purdue, I think Purdue will definitely come out and play hard after getting destroyed by Auburn the last time they were there.

why? We lost to Both of them. Just another Validation that The SEC is the Conference. They cannot recruit them all and I want to be in the SEC if I am a HS Star. I think it helps us if our staff can coach and from this year we know they can offering a different Brand of football

Them winning does not help Tennessees recruiting, Alabama has been winning the last 13 yrs, Georgia the last 7years and that hadn’t done crap for our recruiting. All it does is help Their Recruiting
