Lots of studies show that partial ROM is inferior in every way. There’s been cool study designs.Aren’t there some benefits from doing half reps like that too?
that is true. its Cares Act and infrastructure monies allocated by Zip.A "for profit" with a monopoly on most service areas, tho.
Same FAQ page on their site, gives both of these answers.
1. "Why did we start in areas where other options available?"
We did this for population reasons. Future installation in rural areas will be funded by profit from current service areas
2. "When will Trilight be available to me?"
The funding of Trilight in rural areas is completely dependent on funds from the state and must await those fund's approval.

I'm more concerned with you giving that horn you toot the proper polishing.Lots of studies show that partial ROM is inferior in every way. There’s been cool study designs.
This was literally just barely bending the knees. Things can go really bad with that weight too… especially when he clearly didn’t have the base to be using those weights. He was down to 3 inch ROM by the end, but I’m judgy… man can train how man wants to. He doesn’t have to please me
Edit… I will clarify that I’m speaking hypertrophy here, and everyone has their goals. I’m being a jerk and I’m ok with that… I’m amongst friends
Partial vs. Full Reps… or Both? - Bret Contreras
Oklahoma hasn't exactly dominated the competition in the Big 12. They didn't even make the conference championship game this season. There's a decent chance that they're just middle of the pack once they get in the SEC...and that means automatic hotseat status for whoever is coach. Few coaches are going to want to take that risk.
