I reached my goal of being in the mid 170s before my vacation (which starts tomorrow). I hope I don’t gain too much weight over the holidays. I am definitely going to be having a few egg nogs, yorkshire pudding, and Lindt Lindors. The key is savoring small portions. If I’m still under 180 after the holidays, I’ll consider that a win.
