Also, I made cornbread for the dressing at Thanksgiving in my iron skillet. After it was done, I didn't even run water over it, just wiped it wiped it out and put it back in the oven.

You were supposed to grit blast it then wash it in the dish washer. DANG!

Probably just a slab big enough for us 4. Ingles has them on sale around Christmas. I got one last year that was normally like $60, and got it half price.
