I think the point people are missing is, Butch said if only half happened. Evans might be a piece, but he wouldnt be the only piece. There are pieces.

I was talking with a group of Bammers and Dawgs. I asked them about how they think Heupel will do going forward and all of them said he did a decent job this season but they all think his ceiling is 8-4 or so because his recruiting is very “lackluster” as they put it. “Good X’s and O’s” but “very lackluster recruiting” Jeez I hope we can pick it up sometime and somehow beat them. It’s been a long 15 years
