Well, both the vaccinated and the unvaccinated are capable of contracting the virus and transmitting it to others. Therefore vaccination status is meaningless on that point and both are equally at fault.

Looks like that may not be the case. It has 9 mutations on the spike protein, which is what the vaccines produce. So we may be back to square one for everyone in the world . They’re saying it evolved in an AIDS patient in Africa. Or China released an update as a thanksgiving gift

Merck updated the results of the clinical trial with molnupiravir which is their oral pill they are studying to treat covid. Apparently not as good as they initially reported and now only reduces hospitalization and death by 30% in at risk individuals (down from 50%). Kinda devious that they update the results on thanksgiving when no one is paying attention. Still though the drug is better than nothing.
