LSU and Kiffin would be dangerous. All the talent around that school and he can recruit with his gimmick there. I wonder if coach O would come back and work for him at his dream school.

I don't know crap, but I don't think LSU is his "dream school". I think he'd rather be there than OM, but I believe if he had his pick of any school in the nation it would be Tennessee.

He thinks we are the best fans, he's said it multiple times. He loved the fit we threw against him.

He'd have bubba and Florida every year and be able to play Bubba twice.

Part of the reason I hope he never gets it.

I also don't think he's anywhere close to as good as he thinks he is or as good as some of his nut carriers here on VN thinks he is. If I thought he was I'd swallow my pride and welcome him .....if it ever actually looked possible. That said, Screw him. And Right now I couldn't be happier with who we have.

That's my story and I'm sticking too it.

If LSU calls I think he goes . The reason Saban went to LSU was because all the talent around that school. I am happy with are staff but when we was hiring Curry should have hired Kiffin but he had Schiano and then he had Leach then he was fired and we end up with Pruitt. But I like who we have now.

I think he goes to Miami. He is a perfect fit, he can handle the personalities since they are much like his, the pro players that support Miami will always remain a part of that school, etc. The admin can want to "change the culture" all they want, but when you have the likes of Michael Irvin repping the "U", you will continue to get a style of play that fits those visions. Lane is about the best guy that could be considered on the market to handle those issues.

Three different conversations.

His "dream job". Is one.

Where he goes if they call. Is 2.

Where "we" think he fits best. Is 3.

If Miami and LSU both call, I believe he likes LSU best and I belive its the best fit IF it's true he really doesn't like to recruit. I'm not sure I believe that, but I haven't really put that much thought in it. I think he'd be a good fit for Miami. Actually, I'm wondering why I'm taking about it now because I really don't care where he goes. I hope he stays in the SEC so we can start whipping his butt.

Agree I would like to see LK stay at LSU if he does leave Oxford. Miami is a fun town though with lots of cool things to do.

If I was Stoops and they offered me the job I would run all the way to Baton Rouge. You just can’t win consistently at Kentucky in football, too much focus on basketball.

He won 10 games in 2018 and has a chance to do that again this year with a bowl win. Not an easy feat at UK. I can see why he is being considered for the LSU job.

Especially since errbody he has graduates this year. Next year will be horrible so it’s a good time for him to move on
