Well, on the two plays previous to that one (one of which worked), Tillman was WIDE FREAKING OPEN on that side where the INT was thrown. Hooker didn't see him.
Then, for whatever reason, the INT play had both of them down there.
I'm not sure he wasn't going to Tillman and not Jones when he threw the pick.
If you DVR it and look at it later, you'll see wide open spaces around Tillman on those two plays.

This team has had bad 2nd quarters most the year. Maybe they can calm Hendon down and make some plays on Defense play to stop the run keep a eye on 13 and let him beat you with the pass. They need a stop on the first drive of 3rd quarter bad. Go vols.
