This is not definitively the "moment" Rosenbaum started chasing Rittenhouse. The bicycle guy has stopped texting and has been alerted to something going on over there. Others in the photo appear to have been alerted also. Rittenhouse has become aware of Rosenbaum and is moving away. Rosenbaum is already in stride. This could have been taken a few to several seconds seconds after Rosenbaum made his first move. Rittenhouse was likely in a different spot and could have switched hands before the photo was taken. A truck could be out of the frame or moved on.

Just a different possible interpretation.

Point is, he wasn't brandishing his firearm. The guy appears to be coming at him, eyewitness accounts confirms this. A clear cut case of self defense. If he should've been there can be debated. Of course by law each of us have the right to come and go as we please in public areas.

I don't know if there was any misinformation regarding the 2020 election or not. But I remember the left lecturing the right about the info regarding Russian collusion being legit and calling those proclaiming it was "trumped" up charges as wild conspiracy theorists......
