I know fans have been sort of waiting for things to take off and thinking recruiting isn't picking up since Tennessee hasn't gotten a commitment in more than three months. But I really think this is sort of the calm before the storm. The Vols have positioned themselves pretty nicely with a number of guys, and I think they're going to have a pretty strong finish. It wouldn't surprise me at this point if Tennessee ended up with a top-20 class, and that's not something I would've said just a few months ago.

My son played Powell in a playoff game and got killed they have a 5 star defensive tackle that was down to Texas a&m and Georgia and Tennessee there was Tennessee fans at the game he moved to Powell from Memphis last year it is right by UTK and I wonder who bought the house but he chose to go to Texas A&M after the playoff win. The high school had led lights that flashed when they scored touchdowns and a nice turf field. Why would he move from Memphis to right by UT and we are trending up other than different coaching staff but Rodney Garner can put people in the NFL and then he goes to A&M ?
