Stretching as well. Look up posterior tibial muscle stretch. If it hurts in the morning, I would get the same brace. Also the Voltaren gel. If it doesn’t improve after two weeks, get a doc to use ultrasound to guide a steroid injection along the tendon. Recommend using a 27 or 25 gauge needle (very small) prevents injection into the tendon (very bad).
You are clutch today with advice. Went and bought all the plantar items. Hope it works!

The one that got me was the Oklahoma Congressman who was very outspoken about the Redskins. The word Oklahoma (Okla humma) means “red people.” I **** you not. I couldn’t get over it.
Which is hilarious because its incorrect. From what I gather from Choctaw authors is that "humma" has like 30 definitions that depend on what it's describing. Sometimes it's an adjective that represents color. When in reference to a person it means "honorable" "brave" or "courageous" not as a color description. "Okla" generally refers to the collective Choctaw nation as "our people" so "Oklahoma" in Choctaw is "Our Brave/Honorable Nation".

Just realized that my text sounded kinda like a threat…sorry about that. Just trying to give you viable treatment options… 😁

Oh, you can also get a steroid shot, but those really suck for the Plantar Fascia in regards to how painful the shot can be.
I've already ordered the Futura brace and the cream from Amazon.

Good to know. Doing online research, it is almost exclusively referred to as red people, even by the history channel. Even if it could be translated that way, it could be an issue. But if it’s translated as brave people, we get to the name of a baseball team named the Braves…

Do you know a chocolate bar's preferred pronouns?

Yeah I noticed that, but then actual Choctaw people say otherwise. Probably laziness on behalf of History Channel
