I-Team: Man who claimed dead wife’s mail-in ballot showed voter fraud accused of voting twice | KLAS

This guy and his alleged case of voter fraud, involving a mail-in ballot sent to his dead wife, were given considerable air time last November by right-wing media. Tucker Carlson, the late Rush Limbaugh and Mark Levin all ran with it, while Rudy Giuliani and Sidney Powell cited his case in multiple press conferences as being concrete proof that voter fraud from mail-in ballots had occurred. Will Carlson and Levin acknowledge their mistake? Doubtful. That would require a conscience, a shred of integrity, and a sense of shame. In other words, things which neither one of them have.

Cool story bro.
Thanks, but I can't take credit for it.

VolNation's own group of Trump supporters / Republicans / Conservatives first posted Donald "Kirk" Hartle's accusation of mail-in voter fraud, as being irrefutable proof of widespread fraud involving mail-in ballots all over the country in the "Proof of the election fraud" thread, which can currently be viewed on page 4 of this forum.

I guess it wasn't so "irrefutable", now was it?

Was he found guilty or is he being accused?

Was he found guilty or is he being accused?
This question comes with some irony, as quick as some on the right were to believe his allegation, without scrutiny.

Donald Kirk Hartle, age 55, of Las Vegas, Nevada has been charged with 2 Category D Felonies involving voter fraud crimes in relation to the 2020 Presidential General Election :

(1) Voting using the name of another person.

(2) Voting more than once in the same election.

According to the criminal complaint, this occurred between October 26, 2020 and October 30, 2020. Hartle's initial court appearance is set for November 18, 2021 at 8:30 am in the Las Vegas Township Justice Court.

They don't want to hear it. Doesn't match their lying narrative.
That is what kills me. They loved Hartle's story last November and they believed him. They weren't cautioning against jumping the gun with an unproven accusation.

Does it get much lower than voting in the name of your recently deceased wife, and then lying about it? And just because you want to help Donald Trump prove that he was cheated? This Hartle guy is a next level loser. Put him in General Pop. at Lovelock for a few years. The guy needs some serious self-reflection.

Last November, back when Trump was still allowed on Twitter, Trump even tweeted about this guy's allegation that someone had voted in his poor dead wife's name. So, Hartle got the attention he was looking for.

This case completely sums up the Republican narrative on voter fraud. Yeah, we have a problem with voter fraud alright... the problem is with Republicans committing it, while trying to frame Democrats for it.

Was the behavior in any way not expected concerning this topic? See also the Arizona Voting Fraud thread.

BB85 working with a single voter instance 😂

LOL! You guys have the irony button on repeat today.

The only specific cases of voter fraud involving the 2020 Presidential General Election, which Donald Trump, Fox News, Republicans in Congress and the right-wing members of this forum have ever been able to cite, since last November, have all been this same type of lone wolf, isolated case.... This was definitely one of the highest profile among them.

This "single voter instance" was unquestionably used by Donald Trump and Republicans to make the case that mail-in voter fraud must have occurred on a much larger, broader scale - because they believed at the time, that they had proven that it had occurred at least once with Donald Kirk Hartle's dead wife in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Not only did this not pan out as proof of mail-in voter fraud by Democrats, it has proven to be a very embarrassing case of mail-in voter fraud by a Republican business executive (Donald Kirk Hartle) whose business (the Ahern Family of Companies) hosted a Trump Campaign rally last year, and who has hosted a rally for Q Anon believers in the past.

This story absolutely does epitomize the sour grapes nonsense stemming from Trump's legitimate 2020 Presidential General Election defeat, better than any other story ever has. The more that Republicans try to prove that Democrats committed voter fraud, the more that these incompetent lying fools prove it against themselves.

Tell me again, how many votes did Joe Biden gain from the 5 month-long "Cyber Ninjas" audit of Maricopa County? LOL!!!!

You know what they say, "there's a sucker born every minute" and the Trump base is overloaded with suckers. The fact that they don't realize that The Big Lie is anti-American and just another grifting opportunity for Trump is sad and pathetic.

When the dust has settled, is there any doubt that the number of Trump voters convicted of felonies related to voter fraud in the 2020 Presidential General Election, will outnumber Democrats? It's going to end up being damn near a 3 to 1 ratio.

So, these are the facts?

1. This guy claimed that he had evidence that fraudulent voting existed.
2. Fraud did exist because his dead wife's ballot was counted in the results.
3. The guy knew #2 because he fraudulently completely and returned his wife's ballot.

Conclusions:

A. The guy was correct. Voter fraud did exist.
B. The guy should be arrested, prosecuted and punished by the legal system for voter fraud.
C. The reporting appears to have been accurate. Voter fraud did exist.
D. The election system controls obviously are not strong enough to prevent voter fraud because voter fraud did occur.
E. If the voter system controls allowed this guy to commit voter fraud, then it could have potentially allowed other people to perpetrate fraud as well.

Exactly, a single instance is the same as 50k+ fraudulent ballots in AZ.
I personally posted how this conspiracy claim has been de-bunked by election officials in the Arizona audit thread, which has long-since faded away.... and I'm pretty sure it was even in response to you. You continue to post Republican Party lies even after they've been exposed and brought to your attention.

It all goes out the window when the person reporting the fraud, is the same person who has committed the fraud. This was not a legitimate example of "uncovered" mail-in voter fraud. You are exercising some very twisted logic.

... and Tucker Carlson's reporting, in particular, completely portrayed Donald Kirk Hartle in a sympathetic light. It was basically along the lines of this sentiment :

"This poor guy has already suffered so much, and now somebody wants to exploit the death of his wife for the sake of an election?"

So, the reporting was far from accurate.

"You're a sucker, not over anything I can prove, but just because I say so."

Brilliant.

He could’ve said worse. Just look at the current state of our country. If you voted for him you are most definitely part of the problem.

The choices were Trump and Biden... there is plenty of blame to be spread around voters of both parties.

You can’t convince me the economy, the border, inflation, Afghan withdrawal, or anything else would be in this shape if Trump were still president. Idgaf about tweets but apparently that’s all that matters to the looney, sensitive lefties. Biden and this admin are so terrible nothing even has to be fabricated. It also shows Trump was 100% correct about the media.
