anyone know how long I should smoke my hot wings in the microwave tonight?
I recommend 90 seconds on the highest setting. Also, light a pack of matches and three Marlboros. Put them in the microwave for the duration of the cooking. That will give them a nice, smoky flavor.
 
I knew a bartender that smoked half and half cream and bourbon, separately, by putting a small bowl with a lit cigar in a big stock pot with the liquid surrounding the bowl then covering it with a towel.

His smoked white Russians were popular and the bourbon was really good.
 
Didn't get a chance to snap a pic of the finished butts had to basically grab them and wrap them up, threw them in the cooler and went to my daughter's house and chopped em up. There's only a little bit left, and everybody said they were good. Wasn't the best I've ever done. Thought they kind of mediocre. They didn't get a chance to sit for a couple hours to let the fats render and distribute through the meat. Decent, but nothing noteworthy.
