I'll tell you what junior, you find those alleged emails from 2018 and explain to me what is so "egregious" about them and maybe I'll yield. Bottom line is there is no evidence that Gruden made any racist remarks in 2017/2018 or after while engaged with the Raiders. His criticisms of that jackass Goodell, female refs, and anything else I've seen hardly qualifies as earthshaking. But you know the media is on a witch hunt when they throw in something like this from the Mercury News...."Gruden also criticized President Barack Obama during his re-election campaign in 2012, and then-vice president Joe Biden." You think thats egregious too? LMAO

Irrelevant. This argument basically takes the side that someone can never point out big lips on an individual if said individual happens to have been dipped in a darker tint of paint upon birth. This argument is destined to fail and it's short sighted and stupid to expect humanity to adhere to these absurd guidelines. It only leads to and encourages more division on racial lines.

Let's not sit here and pretend like Gruden was thinking and /or had deep knowledge of insensitive, racial propoganda about big lips in the past. He's simply looking at a man with such large mouth pillows it's all he can think about when he sees him and had to tell someone.

In a couple of days, the bigger story will probably be about Goodell coming out of the closet. It is already no secret about his brother being openly gay.

If it was irrelevant he wouldn't have "resigned".. you don't know what he was thinking and clearly from his emails there's a pattern of behavior here. He deserves everything he gets.

I wonder how many of these people WOULD discipline their kids for calling someone the N word or F@ggĀ©t or whatever.

I'm old enough to have been at UT when it was slurred that Holloway "never dated a black girl" and "isn't smart enough to be a QB"...... and those fans, if VN is any indication, raised kids just like themselves.
