Gruden is his own worst enemy. I’m not surprised he got fired, but yet again this is the same NFL who plays two national anthems.. but… glad he didn’t come here and force this shi$ show on us. Good riddance.

He did lead the Tampa Bay Bucs to a Super Bowl. I'll give him that.

Other than that I've considered him overrated. His coaching record in the NFL is a paltry 117-112.

He definitely was marketed well with his "Chucky" glare.

He once indicated he didn't want to recruit yet all too many fans here went gaga over him.

Do we get sold all too easily on promise and puffery and not reality?

By the way. You wanna know how these leaked? Because Gruden’s dumb ass sent them to an official work email account for Washington and the NFL. Which is how the emails came out. It’s his own damn fault. This wasn’t two dudes drunk texting each other from their personal phones trying to be funny. He deserves what he got.

This is what people don't want to acknowledge.

Over beer with friends or on his personal email, I don't give a care what Gruden does. I don't care if he's a raving homophobe, racist, or misogynist. I don't.

At work? Don't send that crap. What a dumbass. Who shows their butt in work emails? Who sends that kind of crap to an NFL address or a team address?

Dumb as dirt. I've no sympathy for idiots.

I guess it is time to fire Heupel so we can hire Gruden. He is officially sleazy enough for the living fan to want him. Time to burn mattresses and send death threats to Heupel's family to get this process moving forward.
