No they are not. Butch was a liar when here and he still lies. I met him in July of his first year here and could tell right then he was lying.

Tennessee facilities are way behind most of the mid to upper level schools in the SEC. There is a lot of improvements needed because they have not been able to pull capital fund donations for several years now. They are falling further behind each year.
