Symptomatic brain Mets typically will show up via imaging. Serum ammonia levels are relatively unreliable. If they have liver disease/dysfunction, you’ll have to check clinically and titrate lactulose to 3-4 BMs per day and/or add rifaximin. You can clinically check for asterixis which is helpful to see if there is a component of HE.@VolsDoc81TX I know this is way out of your field but you're the only one I know with knowledge... How does one find out if cancer has spread to the brain? Wouldn't that have shown on imaging a month ago or can it be there and effecting things while being too small too see? I'm asking because we're having a major episode but his amonia levels have been relatively fine (maybe a slight elevation but even when he's had symptoms those before it's been nothing like this). I know hepatic encephalopathy can absolutely work a number (I've seen it and I've seen the delusions from it) but this is different. This is more like schizophrenia than prior episodes.
Over 100K tickets sold for the Ole Miss game now.
Win Saturday and I’d say it’s pretty much a lock we’ll have our first sell out since 2017.
Ahhh that all makes sense now. I didn’t realize O was a player. Agree he’s a short timer, just a matter of time
Yeah eventually some Mr all everything prospect will want a number that's retired...I like what LSU does with 18 and ole Miss does with 38...aTm to a lesser degree with 12.I’m not a fan of retiring College Numbers FWIW.
I think you can easily display those jersey numbers without retiring them.
