So Dan Harralson wrote this article on how the mesh route UT ran on the 4th down against UF where Callaway dropped the ball was not executed properly....the reason why Callaway dropped the ball? The anticipation of the defenders footsteps behind him....lol

Not to mention if you go back and watch it Calloway was supposed to be 5 yards deep but actually runs back towards the QB instead of staying on his line. He literally ran back in about 3 yds instead of staying 5 yds deep.

Our game will probably be really close this weekend as long as we don’t turn the ball over.

At least this soulless statistical algorithm has faith in us.

Maybe our future generation of fans will be robots. They can not only fill the stadium up in droves, but also clean up afterward.

I think we're going to beat Missouri pretty handily. I'll say 38-20.
Think we hold that offense to only 20? Would be a great sign, but that looks to be a solid offense.

Think Vegas is really 18-19 points off? You steal Chatta's supercomputer? 😆

New nugs: Looks like it is going to be AP and Swain 1….. volbeast 0….. my person wasn’t at practice today but like last week asked one of the guys he works with about practice…. Nothing really changed but my info on cooper…. He still doesn’t know if anyone else is not practicing…. From the guy that works with my person…. They decided to give Cooper PRP treatments which has a recovery time…. I’m not sure why they allowed to practice unless he practiced and was hurting or something afterwards.

The Ergens do support UT-- not always visibly and not as much as some think they should, given their financial position. Ditto other big-name families like the Andersons and the Kaos. A lot of their support is specifically earmarked for academics, endowments and facilities. UT's donor fatigue has been escalating. People are very tired of committing huge sums to support-- and too frequently bail out-- UTAD. A decade of bad decision-making wears on people, especially when the symptoms continue to negatively impact the university.

The pullback goes down to mid- and lower-level donors, who're wanting to earmark contributions for other sports and academics. Being discouraged from doing that doesn't go over well. Donors pushed hard for LNS renos -- which were9261290989407830055302 more popular than Neyland renos. Donors won that one-- to a degree.
Hi,

Can you ask The Ergens to please donate a mere .2% of their NW each year and UT will swap by making Dish the official campus provider? .2% each year and we're fully funded ffs😅🤣 And if he says no, tell him Dish sucks and is a scam because the earth is flat anyways 🤣😷😷

I stopped reading at Dan Harralson….

Ofc celebrities become nuts. Celebrity culture is nuts. Because society is nuts. The obsessive weirdos at home and therefore industry for said weirdos at home (paparazzi, magazines, websites) only feed the insanity celebrities must filter through.

Just ask Dave Chappelle. Not that he is nuts. He is one of the few that came out quite sane. But he was there to expose the whole charade for what it was. It's the machine and society - not those individuals (though yes some willingly feed into and even create the meta machine).

So looks like I'm going to making the road trip to Columbia, MO for the game this weekend. Anyone made the trip for a game before? Should I expect a stadium the equivalent to a large HS stadium? Sell alcohol there? Any good bars, etc.?

Yeah I don’t like this info

We can get to 8-4 and 9-3 consistently with Heupel. He needs to find a QB.

I don’t ever foresee a day where we compete for NC again. Not on a regular basis, at least. We’re so far from that that it doesn’t even register in my mind. UT flushed that down the toilet with every decision from the moment they decided to fire Fulmer.

But go 8-4, 9-3 with an upset here or there and maybe sneak into an expanded playoff down the line. Get there and then we can start talking about even attempting to climb that hill again.
This needs to be the immediate goal for the program. Get firmly in place as the third best program in the East by beating UK, Vandy, Mizzou, and SC on a regular basis. Get a firm foundation in that space, then build from there to start beating some of the big boys in the conference. We can still accomplish that first step this year, and it starts on Saturday.

Check out the Applebee's, yo.

The Great Danny White's Messing With Our Seats Fiasco will reorder a lot of priorities, not just the fans. You can choose to look at it as good, bad or meh. Your answer will probably be decided by how big the check is that you write - if you write one at all.

Probably a good thing in the long run and a pain in the arse for both sides right now. Change is a constant in life.
There's one thing in life that everyone hates. Change !!!! People get comfortable and want things to always stay the same---then change happens and the sh*t hits the fan.
It's not just big changes, it's the little stuff too.

I agree with your premise. We are literally light years behind GA, and Bama, and even to Florida to lesser extent. So if you go ahead and concede those that put's you at 3 losses. Everyone in the west is currently more talented or just a better place with their program with the exception of MSS. You have a better chance of drawing a team that will most likely beat from the west so that puts you at 4 losses.

Then you can't be scheduling Oklahomas and Oregons, you're going to have to keep the gimmies on the schedule and maybe another team similar to Pitt. Then you're going to have to sweep, all of the rest of the east. That's a tall order at least for the time being. My point is that it's an uphill climb even to get to 8 wins. I do look at it in tiers. The first goal is to become a solid number 3 in the east where KY, SC, Mizzou, and Vandy are forgone conclusions. Tier two would be to upset one of your rivals. Obviously, tier 3 would be to compete for the east. That's an extremely tall task that will take years and years to achieve. Probably a decade if Heup's the guy. All JMO.
