Offense is what it is. Only way we win meaningful games is committing to the ground game and getting creative. We don’t have the WRs or the skill throwing the ball to play any other way. Hopefully cooper is healthy because our OL struggles passing off in pass pro without him.No comment on offense lmao
Closing practice when we have key injuries makes sense. There is no reason to give your opponent details on the QB, OL, and others who or may not be able to play.
I remember at the beginning of camp the reporters were talking about getting to watch an hour of practices and even now they get more access to Heupel, Assistant Coaches and multiple players than they've gotten in several years....I'd say they are getting plenty of access, they just like to whine. There’s no secrets in college football. Closing practice is pointless. Give the fans and media access. It helps you in the long run.
You forgot MoobsHeupel - I yield.
I’m starting my list!
Cons
- Closed practices
- Too many penalties
- Can’t recruit with NCAA penalties looming
- Can’t get players he didn’t recruit to execute new scheme perfectly in first SEC game
- Scrunchy face
Pros
- ???
Hmm.
Maybe he ain’t the guy.
Will withhold final judgment until after second SEC game.
That how this works??
