Hey, many of us have been there. No shame in it.

I was born and raised through 8th grade in North Carolina. So it was natural to be a Tar Heel fan, but that was only useful for basketball. The summer between 8th and 9th grade we moved to Tennesseee and my soul was awakened to the beauty, passion and rush of adrenaline that comes with Tennessee football.

I give you that background because there is a phrase that one of the radio guys for UNC basketball will use, when it's getting late in a really close game: "Go where you go and do what you do"

Being naturally a little stitious (I don't think I'm superstitious) I've always liked that phrase.

It likely won't get all of it out, but you can try to get some of the wax up by putting a towel over it and then using an iron to heat the wax up and have it stick to the towel.

So next Saturday, I get to wake up at 0400, drink lots of coffee and then drive 4 hours hahahahahaha. Wife surprised me with a ticket to the Tennessee/Mizzou game (even though I told her not to worry about it).

Anyone else going?? I think my ticket is near the Mizzou student section (I'm in 109), but not sure.

We have 6 cats currently. All came to us as rescues, as did our two dogs. We have a small farm with goats, horses, ducks and rabbits. We take in unwanted and special needs animals and offer them the best life we possibly can.

Animals, and caring for them has been therapy for me. I didn't realize how much my social anxiety affected my happiness, and thus lead me into substance abuse. This place has been special for me. I hope one day you can find similar peace.

My hope for the Florida game is really simple:

Dating all the way back to the Fulmer era, we have been mentally weak when the Gator helmet is on the opposite sideline. We have lost the games before the first snap. I want to see a coaching staff who breaks the mental damage Florida has done.

We will likely lose, but show some fight, be the aggressor, don’t wilt at the first sign of adversity, and don’t choke away a game in brutal fashion because you are mentally waiting for the other shoe to drop against Florida.

Give them a box. I had to babysit my 1 year old little nephew the other day, he got all kinds of toys, but am Amazon box was the most amazing thing ever to him. He was carrying it around setting it on stuff, he'd give it to me, fill it, take it back, he was so mesmerized by it.

Did you guys know that Reggie Grimes is super amazing for his 1 Tackle and half sack vs Western Carolina and 2 tackles and sack vs Tulane and his 1 Tackle vs Nebraska but same guy will tel us how our guys still suck and you can’t take anything from playing our schedule but that Reggie is ok because he doesn’t make their schedule… sheesh this guy is a clown

Traveling to Baltimore and Pittsburg, when I was working, is the very reason a bought a portable Garmin GPS unit for my rental cars. I made sure I bought one that gave me verbal commands too. It gave me plenty of time to get in the proper lane for my next turn or exit from those crazy interstates. It was a life saver :cool::cool:
