TV for Tenn Tech game/SEC network +/streaming only

I will be watching to see if Milton can complete passes against glorified air. If he struggles against the Tech D then I just don’t think he has what it takes. Assuming his injury or whatever isn’t holding him out of course
I am hoping that Hooker gets to play most of the game so that the offense is comfortable with him going into Gainesville. We need to settle on the QB that got things done against Pitt and dial in for SEC play. Don’t bring Milton back unless Hooker falls apart.

Somebody tell me here....to watch the UT-TTU game; do I?

1. Add the ESPN App to my TV

2. Activate the App by signing in with my streaming service sign-in credentials

3. Sign up for one month of ESPN +, for $6.99

4. Watch the game

5. CNX the ESPN + channel subscription afterward

Will that work, or have I missed something?
No need to cancel the subscription after our game. You might as well get your $6.99 worth.

I know there is a post about this but I'm still not clear completely!I have Dish Network and I get the ESPN channels and also the SecNetwork.Do we still have to subscribe to ESPN+ at 6.99 permonth or can we get the game thru SEC+ for free?

If you have ESPN and SEC Network you get SEC+ for free and watch it on the regular ESPN app, not the ESPN+ app although you can. You'll just need to download the ESPN regular app and enter your DISH user and password or something and you're set.

it's where you get sent when you baaad.

Or when you are playing an FCS team in the 80th percentile (if that good).

Tech has lost its first two FCS games going away, and is averaged 54 yards rushing and 109 yards passing per game. I would say this is a scrimmage but that would be giving it too much credit.

Just found out that you don't need ESPN+ to watch SEC+ if you have access to ESPN through your cable subscription. On the roku espn app you can scroll down to the NCAA College Football category, scroll down in that, and pick sec network+.
Good Info right here, Muchos Gracias!!

Around 11:55am on Saturday, the board is going to be full of frantic luddites panicking as if they've just been asked to pilot a space shuttle.
Most of the Vols baseball and some of the basketball games were this way its not hard to figure out

No doubt. That why o keep this thread going daily. At 1155 I’m done helping. I’ll have a beer in hand and some BBQ in front of me.

Just to be clear.

The game will not be televised over the air on linear broadcast

If your provider and package includes SEC network then SEC network plus is included at no cost but only viewable streaming on the ESPN app

You do not have to pay 6.99 if the above applies, if not your options are multiple but getting espn plus is the easiest if your provider doesn’t carry sec network

You will need a streaming device or a smart TV with the app installed to watch the game on a TV or if you want you can use your laptop with an HDMI out and use your tv as a monitor

Here is a great link with all questions I’ve seen here answered in one page

That’s a real good question. I don’t think they used it during baseball either. I know nothing about broadcast vs stream costs but if I had a guess it’s more cost effective to stream it vs the alt broadcast channel.
