They will test our defense especially throwing the ball because their receiving core has a lot of experience and so does their Qb . Their running back is suppose to be a burner to ! Their offensive line is very experienced to but their Qb has been known to throw plenty of ints. The only issues is see on their defense is their secondary is found and their defensive ends are to . Hopefully the guys in the HILL show up next week with tremendous fan support and show out but Miltons play will be key along with our defensive secondary and pass rush imo . Go BIG O !

I encourage you to go look at their numbers from last season. Outside of an OT game against NCSU, and seasons end game against Tech they didn’t break 300+ passing and didn’t run for 100+

If Tennessee plays sound fundamental football they’ll be fine.

Pitt is a solid team I believe. Will be tough. More concerned with their defense than anything.

They aren't really an offensive juggernaut.

It'll be interesting to see how their game against UMass goes.

Wouldn't be surprised if they look meh.

Their defense is the bigger worry for me. Been a dominant team rushing the passer and a really good group of LB.

Pickett is a solid QB but doesn't look as likely to put up big numbers.

Plus they have coached against Heupel offense last two years so there isn’t a big adjustment to speed, tendencies

This is the 1 game I will be attending this year, well at least as of now. This game will tell us how the rest of our season is going to go. We will know after this game if we have a shot at 8 wins or 4 wins.

Don’t put the entire season into game 2. Yes I want to win & it is important but I suspect this team will improve as the season goes along.

If we lose to Pitt we aren't going to beat anyone we aren't supposed to. The toss up games will still be toss ups.

Pickett was on draft prospect boards after last year, but chose to return to school.

We will have our hands full.

Remember 2009? Lost to an average UCLA. But beat Ga & SC, both better teams. Some teams get better as the season goes along. Some get worse. Tennessee in the past has been in the second group due to poor coaching. I think they’ll be in the first group this year.

I’d line up now if I were you to jump ship thou cause I expect to line to be long if they lose to Pitt.

Or like 2019 when we lost to GA State and BYU and went 5-3 in the SEC with JG and freshman QB's.

I wouldn’t say the team improved as much as the players decided themselves they were better than that. Sr Players took that team over.

no team rushed the ball well against them either I think whichever way it goes it be up to the defenses to determine the outcome

How’d you like to be georgia and have a class average of 2.2 nationally and have nothing to show for it.

meanwhile Clemson averages out around 5 and has conference and national championships.

somewhere there’s a dog fan twitching lIke hes got fleas

I think Tennessee will be favored to win this game since it is a home game.

Next season Pittsburgh will probably be favored to win since the game will be at Hein Field.

“Vincent Davis is the best of the bunch – the 225-pounder ran for a team-high 632 yards and six scores”

I mean… both of our guys got nearly a quarter of that last night :)

Probably a 2 way race between Small and Evans for the Doak Walker award.
