Coronavirus (No politics)

Your looking for arguments if your arguing with what I said. I said the vaccine immunity wanes, same with natural immunity which is why I said if someone was vaccinated early or infected early they should get another dose.

I think natural immunity isn’t factored in because for most people it’s harder to prove, however I’d be for including it for these restrictions/requirements if someone has a positive test and can actually provide results.

Neither the vaccine or prior infection stop people from getting the virus, however they both help prevent it.

Which one is more effective is probably too early to definitively say and likely depends on the strain someone had initially/their viral load/etc.

I wouldn’t say it’s misleading to have people get the vaccine if they’ve already had the virus. It still bolsters immunity.
Didn’t realize I needed to go get another polio and measles vax😂😂 Jesus you people are wildly funny. This isn’t a “vaccine.” It’s a therapeutic treatment. There’s quite a difference

I’m not sure what your argument even is here? This isn’t a therapeutic vaccine, if it were you could give it as a treatment to people in the hospital. Unfortunately for them you can’t.

Despite what your implying, you do have to get some vaccines more than once. There’s new flu vaccines every year. Whooping cough/tetanus shots are every 10 years. There’s several others.

The vaccine can stop people from getting it.
If so, why does the CDC state even if you are fully vaccinated you should wear a mask indoors:

If you are fully vaccinated you can resume many activities that you did before the pandemic, but you should wear a mask indoors in public if you are in an area of substantial or high transmission to maximize protection from the Delta variant and possibly spreading it to others.

Golfballs, you're correct response should be, "Because the CDC has lied to us about this virus from day one."

🤦‍♂️ I shudder to think where you are getting your talking points.

Therapeutics are for AFTER you contracted a disease to help treat it. Vaccines help prevent or lessen a disease if contracted. You cannot take the vaccine after you have already contracted a disease for treatment.

You are supposed to get some vaccines periodically through out your life.

Was meant to be pre-therapeutic. You people compare this “vaccine” to measles and polio constantly. Hence why I listed those two. If the “vaccine” works for you and makes you and your family feel safe, then quit worrying about other people’s medical decisions. The hypocrisy is unreal

Because you can still get it. I didn’t say you couldn’t. But the vaccine can also help prevent it

It’s the unvaccinated’s decision, that’s their choice, nobody is being forced and they live with the consequences.

But it’s the consequences of their decision that are impacting others who are unable to get the healthcare they need.

there’s an issue with hospital staffing. There’s an issue with how staff at hospitals have been treated. There’s multitudes of issues going on. But continue your fear monger tactics. If you see no red flags with all this that’s been going on, then I’d love to have the dope you’re smoking brotha

People who are worried about hospitals should be worried about mandates. Thousands of hospital employees are going to be fired next month because they refuse to take this vaccine. If hospitals go through with that, then you'll know what it's like to see hospitals collapse.

It’s already happening. It’s sad. But the vaccine nazi’s don’t care about any of that. It’s only gonna get worse

They’ve already been through that here. Very few balked at the requirement and just quit. The vast majority were already vaccinated and most of the holdouts went along with it.

That’s what I’m seeing here as well. In my OR alone our vaccine rate is 90%. Very few hold outs. There are about three nurses I know that aren’t getting the vaccine and will eventually quit. Sucks to lose them but I don’t see a mandate shutting down medical centers bc of lack of staffing. Now burn out from being under staffed and under paid will catch up with the nursing around here if they don’t step up

Odd - I’ve only seen it compared to other respiratory virus vaccines like the flu shot although I’ve no doubt there are some simpletons who can’t see the difference in Covid and polio
