I have always liked the drop dumplings, however, wife started rolling dumplings about two years ago and those are better, imo.

Caveat: I eat whatever she cooks and like it! She trained me well.
You get more gravy/sauce/wonderfulness per cubic inch with the flats. nom nom nom

Flat dumplings and cornbread dressing are probably the two unshakable tenets of my family’s food religion. 🤪 Everything else is generally up for grabs.

I don’t like anything flat…. 🤣🤣🤣🤣 seriously though, I’ll keep my fluffy drop biscuits. They are mute filling and satisfying 🤤
