How about the first time someone asks my vax status, I ask them when the last time they had a bowel movement and if the consistency was normal? I have as much right to that information as they do to my medical history. If venues are going to require vax status then people just won't go to those venues and they will change their policies very quickly.

You certainly don't have to answer. That is your right. But they could treat it as answering "not vaccinated."

When people apply for physical occupations, employers ask for health information all of the time, and people turn it over because they want the job. It's not a violation, but you are correct that people could just not go.

Could Sankey theoretically make institutions require it across the board (re: stadium entry). Tennessee hasn’t exactly passed the Vax Passport ban bill yet I don’t think,

Companies are also free to choose who to engage with in commerce, unless doing so discriminates against a protected class. The unvaccinated are not a protected class under law.

That is absolutely not true. If you fact check that against any factual information you would likely, actually you wouldnt. I'm not even wasting my time arguing with you troll. Sorry Frank, BGS i truly hope that you dont lose anyone close to you to Covid. Sadly for many then, and only then will they see how selfish their mind set is. It is a choice, and you know the repercussions.

You can't supply one creditable source of proof to support that, the exactly opposite is happening right now with the numbers per CDC reports, per individual hospital reports, etc.

Not to derail too much but venues are just making their decisions based on not wanting to get closed down again if the cases continue to climb. The states with governors unlikely to close things down will come out and say "no proof of anything" and the states with governors that will close down things will come out saying "proof of vaccination required" etc. Some venues may choose to do it themselves either way. I know a lot of local music venues are requiring it, and it's honestly no different than a "show your ID" to get in situation.
