this is going to go over well
Expect UT to follow suit
Eh it's a state by state thing, I doubt there are many laws on the books prohibiting vaccine mandates. I doubt Walmart would have made it a requirement without extensive legal research on whether or not they'd be sued. This stuff is ripe for some attorneys to get a hold of this when an employee refuses and gets fired and files a wrongful termination lawsuit.
You're in luck. I've got a printer and I'll give you a card with a name on it that looks legit enough to fool a poorly trained ticket guy. $20.It's a complete farse. Are you telling me they have the resources to verify tens of thousands of proofs of vaccines over the course of an hour or two? To actually verify for that many people would take the entire day unless they have unlimited free labor.
They'll literally look at your vaccine card or negative test. This is happening at plenty of indoor spaces. Some will cheat, yes. Still a deterrent as most folks probably aren't so desperate as to start forging false documents overnight...I would guess lol. It's a complete farse. Are you telling me they have the resources to verify tens of thousands of proofs of vaccines over the course of an hour or two? They didn't ban business or schools from mandating vaccine passports or did they? I thought I read that they banned the government from mandating them or requiring business to mandate them.
Would be a crime. They are finding them being shipped from China right in Memphis. Lots of people trying to order them lol.I'm about to make a killing selling those stupid ass cards outside Neyland.
Mine is literally my name, written by a smoking hot nurse with a blue pen, and then a sticker. That's it. No signatures. No stamps. You could pump those things out as fast as someone could tell you their name and you write that bitch down.
I’m not sure this is accurate. HIPAA restricts medical professionals from disclosing your health information without your consent. There are no medical professionals in this equation.
So it seems to me that there's nothing UT can do. This prohibits a government entity from requiring papers. Therefore, if someone shows up to UT and they ask for papers, one can produce this law, and there's nothing they can do. If they still require papers, they are in violation of the law. Here's the bill summary. Sounds to me like it only applies to government entities. So, UT. But I guess Vandy could still do it and other private enterprises could.
"Public Health - As enacted, removes authority from county boards of health in relation to enforcement and adoption of rules and regulations and instead makes the board advisory to the county mayor for such purposes; defines quarantine for purposes of the present law provisions governing quarantine; prohibits state or local governmental official, entity, department, or agency requiring physical documentation or digital storage of protected health information related to an individual's immunization or vaccination against COVID-19 as a condition of entering upon the premises of a state or local government entity, or utilizing services provided by a state or local government entity. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 5; Title 8; Title 56; Title 63; Title 68 and Title 71."
Yeah it's going to be an utter cluster f***That was done away with it seems.
Here are the fall guidelines:
http://a.espncdn.com/sec/media/2021/SEC Task Force Recommendations August 2021.pdf
It reads as:
Vaxxed - no mask, no routine testing, tested if with symptoms though. Not considered "close contact".
Unvaxxed - mask, routine testing, and of course symptoms testing. Can be considered "close contact"
Applies to all teams, even 100% vaxxed ones.
Its not about politics it's about common sense. It seems a lot on here are lacking that.@InVOLuntary newt is showing his liberalterian side again
