Don't know if it's been brought up in here and I really haven't noticed a lot of media comments about it but I think the Strength and Conditioning coaches have been knocking it out of the park...some of these players look like a totally different person.

They are so vascular. Don’t you just want to give their muscular shoulders a nice massage?

Good morning to all. This has probably been posted sometime in the last 8 months, but Basilio linked it on his blog this morning so I thought I'd share this video of highlights of the last time a Heupel offense played Florida. Enjoy:

Basilio is mistaken here. This is actually a Derek Dooley offense. 2018 was Heupel’s first year at UCF.

Cool tweet, quitter

Reminds me of a stage I went through.

1. Wake up, find a motivational clip on YouTube from Tony Robbins or someone.

2. “That’s right man… I’m about to change my life and be an absolute monster of production… … right after I check VN.

3. Hmm… lunch time. Let’s eat and go workout

Yeah, I can tell just by watching the speed of the offense and noticing the play clock this isn't Heupel's offense. Nevermind that his first year at UCF was 2018 as someone else posted......

Gong to be interesting to see how high the team can fly if it stays confident and hungry.

That is the question though isn't it? Can Heupel and staff coach desire, fortitude and ability into this team, and coach the cancerous rotting quit and laziness that has infected the Volunteer program for so long out of them...and how fast can he do it?

I want to believe, but like Herbstreit said, are they just going to lay down and quit when they get kicked in the face, or are they are they going to continue to fight matter no matter what adversity is thrown at them? That is the essence of what we used to be about, but it has been a long time since they consistently gave their all as a team..

I hope they bring that essence back...if they do I will be happy.
