I think you missed this, but a quick recap. A manager at taco Bell who was at McDonald's reached out to her, and offered her more starting out, plus a crew leader position. She had that at McDonald's, but hard to pass up the extra money.

When you’re still in HS, and the competition is already luring you to new jobs with better pay, you have a bright future. Good for her!

Got a machine down since yesterday with an electrical problem. I've tried telling the electrician all morning what to do to fix it, cause I've seen this 1,000 times. He won't listen, trying his stuff to be stubborn 🤣

Just found out my mom had her tire busted today. Truck in front of her was hauling a wooden crate, not strapped down. Wind picked it up, and it flew and bust under her tires, and busted one of them. Thankfully it didn't hurt her or cause an accident, just scared her bad.

Glad she’s ok!

I tore the boot of a Ujoint (don’t hate on me; I think that’s what they said and it’s been 19 years) and destroyed two tires driving over a pallet on I-freakin-64 in Ken-freakin-tucky in the dark to visit middle kid/older daughter at college in lovely Terre Haute, Indiana. Scared the crap out of me and Other Daughter and significantly delayed our arrival.

It's amazing at the things I've seen on the road. I know a guy who moved from the other side of Atlanta to up here. He was hauling stuff on a trailer, and his couch fell off. He said there was no stopping to get it because of traffic. It actually made the news that night 🤣. Thankfully, it didn't cause an accident.
