Why is it so important for you to debate our argue about something that's out of our control. The university or the sec will mandate whatever they decide and we as fans are just going to have to deal with it. So no matter what I think or you will not be taking into consideration.Politics weren't mentioned in any of my comments..... none at all.
What legit study supports this position?
23 kids in the hospital due to covid. Sounds like it’s really RSV that is of most concern'All of them': Tennessee health chief says children's hospitals will fill up as the delta variant surges
Delta is flooding hospitals in Tennessee, and pediatric wings won't escape the crisis, the state's top health official said this week.
Health Commissioner Dr. Lisa Piercey said the accelerated spread of the delta variant, on top of an unexpected rise of an unrelated respiratory disease, is on pace to completely fill children's hospitals across the state by the end of next week.
“All of them,” Piercey said Thursday, adding later: "Never in my career have I seen hospitals full in the summer."

I understand your daughter and a small percentage of folks with unique medical conditions are outliers and don’t fit into this general discussion. At this point in time, the data is pretty clear that for the average person they greatly reduce their odds of getting seriously ill or dying of Covid. Everything else is pretty much static at this point. Some folks continue to argue strongly against the average person having to take the vaccines mostly on the basis of personal freedom it appears. There’s probably folks that feel the same about all childhood vaccinations tooI'm sorry but if a member of my family dies then percentages mean nothing to me and due to her health, my daughter cannot be covered with vaccinations. Her Docs tried and the vaccines almost got her. So really, could care less about percent if she gets COVID and doesn't make it.
Doesn't matter what anyone's situation is or how small a chance they or their loves have to contract COVID, it a love one gets it and dies, being part of 1 percent won't matter to you or me. Forget all odds if I lose a family member.
You should know how to google, but I just posted the first thing here that popped up from a children's hospital in Philadelphia. It is common knowledge in the medical community that you get greater immunity with natural infection.

You’re missing the point, if you are someone who is able and willing to take the vaccines, then it’s currently 96% effective against you getting seriously ill or dying of Covid. I’m sure if you or your loved one is one of the 4% then there was zero comfort in having taken the vaccine.millions of people that oppose vaccines for religious reasons. again, percentages don't mean much to a person that loses a family member from the virus or the small percent that may have an adverse reaction to the vaccine. Just don't think it is comforting to those people.

“96% of all new Covid cases are in unvaccinated people and 96.8 of Covid deaths are unvaccinated “
They told everyone from the start the vaccines weren’t 100% effective. Personally, 96% is better odds of working then most everything else in my life. If you’re waiting on any medical treatment to be 100% then your never getting anything provided by the modern medicine system.

The share of infections in this age group hovered between 4% and 7% for most of last year. But the percentage has crept up this year as many older Tennesseans were vaccinated, causing the virus to find new hosts among younger, unvaccinated populations — including children.
The statistical warfare of the past 18 months has been exhausting. Raw numbers are all I want to see. How many are sick? How many are being hospitalized? How many beds are available? And what is the trend for all 3?Again with the bad math and incorrect conclusions. The % has gone up because fewer adults are getting sick. From what I've seen the raw numbers of children getting sick has not really changed
