Saw this article earlier today, this is the type of proactive measures I'm hoping to see UT take sooner than later. When you talk about the playing field being even due to NIL and all previously clandestine dealings out in the open, this is the type of action that recruiters/players will consider in choosing a destination. If all things are equal it'll be these type of creative measures that could swing the momentum in a schools favor.

Dunno if anyone saw the JT Ibe hit in practice but I watched it in slow motion…. He didn’t hit the dude in the head. He hit him shoulder to shoulder I think what hospitalized the receiver was the fact that his head basically whiplashed into the ground which is what caused his injury. I’m surprised he got cut for that. (He can probably fight it)
