Really? Cause our plywood we buy for cabinetry just went up to $46 a sheet. A 50% per square foot increase. 2x4's up to over $1.00 a foot. Not sure where you get your info, but our company is a real world user of lumber, and your info is BS, as usual.

Isn't the interaction between the investment market and the consumer market fun? Like when the investors are making money playing with commodities, the consumer is taking a royal screwing. EL's trumpeting the wrong market and the wrong price as usual.
