Thank you Slo Jo & Ho!

U.S. Consumer Prices Jump Most Since 2008, Topping All Estimates

Of course Pete is better. But that ain't what you looking for.

I don't follow. I'm just saying Biden is swaying back and forth, and looking around like that kid in school that has the body language I just got my spelling word, this one belongs to someone else to get on the hotseat.

Here is a thought, and bear with me. Could both the Trump and Biden admin be wrong about this?

Certainly. Face it, politicians are too incompetent and/or too stupid to hold a job at the level they think they deserve, but arrogant and egotistical enough to believe they can run a country. They smooth talk and BS their way through elections just like they always have through life.

In this case, though, easements and rights of way are a simple part of life and land ownership. This guy isn't going to police the border (and doesn't hold the office/right to do so), so common sense says that land on the border has to be set aside to function as a border by those who do manage the border. This really gets back in many ways to things like who owns ocean front property and how they might manage erosion, etc. You'd do better arguing who owns mineral rights on property than this point.

Why would they even report a number without energy and food prices, because I'm fairly certain that everyone has to pay for those to survive?

I heard a lady complaining about the prices of meat (beef specifically) to the guy putting it out , when we went to the grocery store . The guy stopped what he was doing and laughed at her , he said “ you haven’t seen anything yet , it’s going up every time we order it and it’s not stopping .” She kinda huffed and started to walk off and he said “ you better get it now because it will be higher next week “ . I laughed a little because I’ve always thought complaining about the prices or meat to the butcher in the store , was kind of dumb anyways.

Went to Publix to buy Boars Head last week and they were out. Bought Black Forest instead. This week no BH or BF. T

That break that stiff dong down...Looking for lumber to no avail
It isn’t broken out separately but here is a link to the futures market and you can see year over year yourself.

For the present time mark the year over year is only 50% right now a couple of months back the year over year was crazy. Consensus seems to be it will settle 700-750 which is about 2x the historical norm.
