Made a casserole with roasted broccoli, celery, onions & peppers, garlic, rice, leftover roasted chicken breast meat, Gruyere cheese, and half & half. I’ll put it in the oven ~1/2 hour before my wife wants dinner.

This week got away from me something fierce, so we’re just having this tonight. Same recipe except an extra pepper, two squash/no zucchini, and a small red onion. And a leetle too much seasoning.
